Development Proposals as of 28 July 2021

The following projects/proposals within the Gonzales neighbourhood are currently active in the City of Victoria's development tracking process.

  • 801 Bank Street (Glenlyon-Norfolk School). Development Variance Permit application to increase the height from the previously approved variance height.

  • 931 Redfern Street. Development Variance Permit application to construct a Single Family Dwelling with Secondary Suite with variances for setbacks.

  • 997 Wilmer Street. Development Variance Permit application for a one stall parking variance.

  • 902 Foul Bay Road. Heritage Alteration/Variance and Rezoning Application to allow two multiple dwelling buildings and a parking variance.

  • 1734 Hollywood Crescent. Rezoning Application to add an addition and create multiple dwellings.

  • 1848/1850 Hollywood Cres and 137/139 Robertson St. Rezoning Application and Development Permit to construct a duplex with two secondary suites.

Gonzales Town Hall Meeting

The GNA will be conducting a town hall meeting on Wednesday, May 20th at 7 pm to discuss the City's flawed public consultation process on the new Official Community Plan, and other issues of concern.
